We also offer room only rates, which are only available at time of booking - please enquire.
Where singles are accommodated in double / twin rooms, a supplement will apply, according to season.
A deposit is required on all bookings.
All balances are due on arrival by cash or credit/debit card only - we can accept payment of balances in advance of
arrival by card or cheque providing the cheque has time to clear.
Credit card payments are subject to a £3.00 charge per transaction (no charge for debit cards).
Telephone bookings will be held for 7 days pending arrival of deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable if you decide to cancel, or do not arrive, unless due to the unlikely event of a problem
caused by us.
Flowers, chocolates, balloons, champagne etc can be arranged - - please enquire for details.

Conditions of Booking
1. All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit and at the correct tariff according to
season. Balances are due on arrival please.
2. No allowances can be made for meals not taken. Room only rates are only available at time of booking
3. Guests are reminded that a legal contract exists when a booking has been made. In the event of cancellation,
curtailment or non-arrival the total cost of the reservation will be payable should the accommodation not be re-let. Therefore holiday Insurance is recommended.
4. Rooms are available from 2pm, but early arrivals may leave their luggage.
Latest check-in 10.00pm
5. We request rooms to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure
Please request if a low floor or sea view room is required at time of booking as we cannot be held responsible if you do not mention this.
We have no lift but are happy to assist you with your luggage.
